Mix a little baking soda with water and apply gently to your acne/pimples, let it dry for 30 minutes. Then rinse face with cold water, try it daily for a week and see if it helps clear your acne. Check out http://usefulinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more tips to clear acne.

in the morning put an ice cube on your spot to reduce the redness and swelling, then at night put some tea tree oil on it
tea tree oil has helped my spots to go much quicker than usual, i hope this helps

acne medicines are made to not work . if they did you would only buy it one time. they are made to work a little. the best thing to use is get some rubbing alcohol and get some cotton balls and put some rubbing alcohol on the cotton balls and clean your face. take it and clean behind your ears and do your back and see how black it is even if you just showered. it removes the dirt and all medicines for acne have rubbing alcohol in them but ofcorse not enough to do it right.

Acne products are made not to work??? Thats the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. btw…rubbing alcohol will only irritate your skin and cause more breakouts.
    HOMEMADE WILL NOT WORK BTW!!!!!!!!
*TAKES DEEP BREATH* This is going to be long.
INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU CAN SEE A DERMATOLOGIST:
If you can see a dermatologist, see one. If you cant see a dermatologist, see your doctor and ask if your doctor can prescribe doxycycline 100 mg to be taken on an empty stomach twice a day (1 hour before eating or 2 hours after eating). At the time of your meal, take any multivitamins and supplements as taking them with the doxycycline may interfere with absorption of the medication. Ask for a prescription of Retin-A micro 0.1% as well. With the retin-a, your skin may get worse but dont stop application. It has to get worst to get better. It is bringing the impurities to the surface and will reveal newer skin. By doing this, it is also anti-aging.
    Steps to use Retin-A Micro:http://www.retinamicro.com/patient/retin…
This medication may be drying to your skin. If you find that it overdries your skin, get an oil-free noncomedogenic facial moisturizer. In the event that your skin is overdried and no moisturizer is used, your skin may be forced to increase sebum production. In other words, overdrying your skin will result in increased oil production and thus more breakouts.
However, unlike a moisturizer, an oil-free noncomedogenic facial sunscreen is mandatory. Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun because of these medications. Reapply sunscreen every 2-3 hours when outside and 30 minutes before sun exposure
Anyways, remember to cleanse (with a non-medicated cleanser. I use Bare Escentuals RareMinerals Renew & Reveal Cleanser and apply it using my Clarisonic Pro which is a luxury but makes your cleansers SO MUCH more effective. It lasts forever and is cheapest when bought at amazon.com. The best way to describe it is as a mini-facial everyday. The Neutrogena Wave which I dont recommend pales in comparison to the Clarisonic.), tone (toner is not really necessary but you can get it. I use Boscia Clear Complexion Tonic with Botanical Blast), moisturize with an oil-free noncomedogenic facial moisturizer (I use Kate Somerville Oil-Free Moisturizer) and protect you skin with an oil-free noncomedogenic sunscreen (I have used the Peter Thomas Roth Mineral Sunscreen in the past and am currenty using Peter Thomas Roth Ultra-Lie Sunblock) reapplying every2-3 hours when out in the sun. If you plan to buy high-end products, Sephora is a great place to buy them since you can use their products and return it within 30 days if you don’t like them so its risk-free if you buy from them. If you want drugstore products, then I highly recommend Cetaphil or Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser Mask as your facial cleanser, Nivea Alcohol-Free Moisturizing Toner as your toner (not necessary), Olay Complete UV Protection Moisture Lotion Combinaton/Oily Skin SPF15, and Coppertone Sunblock Lotion Oil Free for Faces, SPF 30.
INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU CANT SEE A DERMATOLOGIST:
I’ve recommended these products on the condition that your boyfriend has seen the dermatologist and was able to receive prescriptions. If he cant, then he will need medicated products in place of where I recommended that he not use non-medicated products. He should be using the Murad Clarifying Cleanser DAY AND NIGHT!!!! http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh…
He should then proceed with the Perricone MD Skin Clear Acne Toner which should be applied with a cotton pad:http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh…
Next MOISTURIZE!!!! If his skin dries out from medicated products, sebum production will increase and cause more breakouts. Use the Cosmedicine Medi-Matte Oil Control lotion SPF 20:http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh…
This has SPF so he doesn’t have to worry about sunscreen.
I am also WARNING you. Do not use any abrasive cleansers, scrubs, or any exfoliants. No glycolic products. They may claim to help with acne but with severe cystic acne, it will just irritate his skin and cause him to break out more. He SHOULD AVOID IT!!!!
And once a week, he should use the DDF Sulfur Mask in between the steps of cleansing and toning. In addition, every night, after moisturizing, he should use the DDF sulfur mask as a spot treatment. This means dabbing the sulfur mask onto all of his pimples. Do not let him wash it off when using it as a spot treatment. He should let it dry a little so that it wont rub off onto his pillow. Once it has dried, he can go to sleep in it, and wash it off in the morning. It should significantly dry up his acne. He should spot treat every night.
    Summary:
    1)Cleanse with Murad Clarifying Cleanser
2)Once a week use the DDF Sulfur Mask and rinse off after an hour.
3)Tone with the Perricone MD Skin Clear Acne Toner
4)Moisturize with the Cosmedicine Medi-Matte Oil Control Lotion SPF 20
5)Sport treat with the DDF Sulfur Mask at night before bed.
I recommend that you buy these products a Sephora since you can always return them if you don’t like the products. You have 60 days to return them for a full refund. So its risk free. If a product doesn’t work, you can always return it.
If you are interested, I have designed a supplement program that mimics that of the Perricone MD Skin Clear Supplement program ( as seen here :http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh… ). You should really take it if you are willing to sacrifice some money. Making sure your body is healthy inside and out will give great skin. After all, you only have one skin in your life so its worth the investment. I take Carlson Super-Omega 3 (best omega 3 you can get) as well as Twinlab Calcium 500 (its a calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D supplement), Source Naturals Evening Primrose Oil (GLA supplement), and Source Naturals Skin Eternal Plus which is the best multi-vitamin you can get out there if you want great skin. I already made sure to check the proportions of each vitamin to make sure that you remain safe such as making sure that the combined content of Vitamin A does not exceed 25,000 IU or making sure that the amount of zinc is not in excess as it can hinder the absorption of copper or making sure that the ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 is between a 1:1 and 1:4 ratio thus preventing the chances of stroke when you are older. You can get these supplements at any health store but I strongly suggest you buy it online since it is much cheaper. I like vitacost.com.

    Twinlab Calcium 500 with Magnesium & Vitamin D — 180 Tablets:http://www.vitacost.com/Twinlab-Calcium-…
    Carlson Super Omega-3 Fish Oils — 130 Softgelshttp://www.vitacost.com/Carlson-Super-Om…
    Source Naturals Skin Eternalâ„¢ Plus – 120 Tabletshttp://www.vitacost.com/Source-Naturals-…
However, I recommend you get skin eternal plus at amazon if you want to save in the long-run though you dont have to.http://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-Et…
Buy a quantity of 4 Skin Eternal Plus through the subscribe and save program. Set the delivery at every 6 months. This will bring down the price of Skin Eternal Plus. Enter the coupon code SRCE1999 (valid until the end of this month) to get an additional discount of $20. This will only work if you spend more than $69 which is why you had to buy 4 of the Skin Eternal Plus. When you get the shipment, cancel your subscription so you dont get charged on your credit card when the 6 months pass. You can cancel the subscription program any time.
This supplement program should help his breakouts from the inside.
BONUS**** Although it is a luxury, I strongly encourage you to purchase a Clarisonic brush. It increases the effectiveness of all cleansers by more than 6 times as much. It lasts for years so its a great investment. Both you and your boyfriend can share it. Just change the brushhead. Its much cheaper when you buy it on amazon. Plus, it gives you the exclusive Clarisonic Pro version which is only sold to dermatologists and spas. http://www.amazon.com/Clarisonic-Deluxe-…
